QuickConnect is not working
Troubleshoot QuickConnect discovery and connection problems in Swads.

QuickConnect ID is incorrect or does not exist
Enter the QuickConnect ID, not a quickconnect.to URL. The ID can contain only English letters, numbers, and hyphens. It must start with a letter and cannot end with a hyphen.
QuickConnect service is unavailable
Confirm that QuickConnect is enabled in DSM. If you re-enable it, wait for DSM to finish initialization before trying again.
QuickConnect is initializing
Try again later. Swads cannot obtain a connection address while DSM is still registering or updating its QuickConnect information.
Device is not available
Confirm the NAS is powered on, connected to the internet, and shown as available in DSM QuickConnect settings.
Connection failed due to network issues
Swads received candidate connection addresses, but the current device could not reach them. Try another network, disable a proxy that may interfere with the connection, or use the NAS IP address on the local network.
Verify with a local IP address
If QuickConnect remains unavailable, try the NAS IP address while connected to the same local network. A successful direct connection usually means the account and Download Station permissions are valid, so the problem is more likely related to QuickConnect or the external network path.
