SvenFE (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is the developer of the Swads application and the official website https://swads.app.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern your use of our application and website (hereinafter referred to as “Services”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or purchase our Services.

Section 1: Scope of License

You may not license, sublicense, sell, outsource, rent, lease,transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or resell our Services to any third party (unless permitted by Apple’s terms and conditions and with our prior written consent).

You may not decipher, disassemble, decompile, remove, modify, update, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of our Services or any part thereof (unless with our prior written consent).

Section 2: Billing

All billing for in-app purchases is handled by the App Store and is subject to the App Store’s own terms and conditions.

2.1. Free Trial for New Subscribers

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited time. During the free trial period, you will have access to all features of our services. The free trial is available only to new subscribers and is limited to one per person or account.

After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis, and the subscription fee will be charged. If you do not wish to renew, please manually cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

2.2. Fee Changes

We may modify the subscription fees at our sole discretion at any time. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

2.3. Cancellation and Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

For subscriptions made through in-app purchases, the App Store’s refund policy will apply. If you wish to request a refund, you can manage your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your subscription at any time for any reason. If we terminate your subscription, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

Section 3: User-Generated Contributions

Our Services do not allow users to submit or post content. We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photos, graphics, comments, suggestions, personal information, or other materials (collectively referred to as “Contributions”). Other users of our Services may view these Contributions through third-party platforms. Therefore, any Contributions you transmit may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of our Services. When you create or provide any Contributions, you should comply with the terms of use of any third parties.

Section 4: Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant: (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Section 5: Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws principles.

Section 6: Changes to these Terms

We may update our Terms from time to time, and any changes to these Terms will take effect immediately upon being updated on this page.
